In the most recent financial year, Atha Developments reached a remarkable milestone, recording rental income just shy of £1,200,000. Their current portfolio now stands at an impressive value of £14,000,000, reflecting an outstanding profit margin of £6,000,000. This translates to an exceptional Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 15%, underscoring Atha Developments' pedigree and expertise in consistently delivering prosperous and sustainable projects. Under the umbrella of Atha Developments, Tom and Jack also own and operate a construction company called Atha Construction and a management company called Atha Students. Atha Construction design, manage and build the developments on behalf of Atha Developments. Once the projects are completed then it is over to Atha Students to manage the lettings and general management of the completed developments.
