Fixed Rate Return
We can offer our investors fixed annual returns of between 8-10% APR. This can be paid on a monthly basis giving you the instant rewards on your investment. When the project is completed your investment is paid back plus the interest.
Lump Sum Gains
We are offering what we call our 'lump sum gains' investment option. For example we will offer a 40% return on your investment that will be paid on the completion of the project. This is a much higher return but you will have to wait longer to be paid.
