Mown Meadows is a collection of two luxury 5 bedroom detaches houses in Middleton St George. The project was the new build construction of the two houses too be sold for capital gains profit. The development was completed in 2019 too an exceptionally high standard and as a result received a high sales price. The development took 14 months to complete and faced many challenges.

Overall Mown Meadows was a great learning experience for Atha Developments as its first build too sell property project. Making an £90,000 profit during difficult economic times can be seen as successful development.
